2. Rolled Art Details: Choosing the 'Rolled' option means your art will arrive rolled in a tube, designed for safe transport. This option requires you to frame the art locally, as it is not ready to hang upon arrival. We recommend framing to enhance the artwork's longevity and aesthetic appeal.
3. Canvas Prints Specifics: For canvas prints ordered as 'Rolled', they come with an additional 0.5 inches for standard framing. Please note, gallery wrapping these prints might result in the loss of some art portions. For gallery wrap-ready canvas prints, contact us for custom orders.
4. Textured Prints: Some of our prints include added textures by artists to create a more realistic and tactile feel. We encourage you to closely review product images or contact us for any clarifications before making your purchase.
5. Color and Shade Variations: Due to the nature of artistic printing, slight variations in color and shade may occur between different batches. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each print and are a celebrated aspect of our products.
6. Printing Tolerances: We maintain a standard printing tolerance of plus or minus 5% in contrast or brightness. This tolerance is a part of the artistic process and adds to the individual character of each print.
7. Return Policy: We accept returns for items that arrive with manufacturing defects, are damaged in transit, or are incorrect. However, returns due to natural variances in color, texture, or printing tolerances are not accepted. Custom artworks, due to their personalized nature, are also non-returnable.
8. Restocking Fee: For returns unrelated to manufacturing defects or shipping errors, a 30% restocking fee will be applied, and customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.
9. Refund Process: In cases where refunds are applicable, they are processed promptly and transparently, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.
