Before you dive into the world of Eunoia's exquisite art pieces, we'd love for you to take a moment to understand our Return and Refund Policy. It's important to us that you're fully on board with these terms, as they're part of our commitment to ensuring a joyful and satisfying experience for you. By purchasing from Eunoia, you're agreeing to these terms, so let's make sure we're all on the same page!

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

  • Absolutely! You can cancel or change your order within a short window after placing it, usually within 8 hours.
  • Remember, once your order is on its way to being processed, we can't make changes. So, be quick with any second thoughts!
  • Discount codes used at the time of ordering. We can't apply them retroactively, unfortunately.
  • If you cancel after your order has been shipped, we might need to charge a restocking fee and return shipping costs.

How to Return a Product:

  • Got an item you need to return? No problem! If it's unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 48 hours of receiving it for a full refund.
  • Custom orders are unique to you, so they can't be returned. They're your personal piece of Eunoia!
  • Here's how to start your return:
    1. Within 48 hours, email us at info@geteunoia.com with "Exchange/Return" and your order number in the subject line, or WhatsApp us directly at +91-9209595640
    2. Tell us why you're returning or exchanging the item, and include photos of it as received.
    3. Make sure the artwork is in its original condition, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive your request, we'll carefully review it and guide you through the next steps. Remember, we can't accept returns without prior communication.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If we goofed up (hey, we're only human!), we'll cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is for other reasons, the shipping cost is on you.

About Our Products:

  • Our products are subject to natural variances and industry-standard tolerances. Our Art Prints embrace the uniqueness of the creative process. You might notice subtle variations in shades across different batches – this is a natural part of art creation. Also, a standard printing tolerance of plus or minus 5% in contrast or brightness is typical, adding to the distinct character of each print. These don't qualify for returns.
  • If you return an item for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, wrong product and it's variations issues and shipping or handling defects, we'll need to charge a 30% restocking fee and ask you to cover the shipping charges back to us.

Why Restocking Fees?

  • Handling and inspecting returns takes time and effort from our team.
  • Instead of raising our prices to cover these costs, we apply a restocking fee.
  • Some returned items can't be resold, and we need to account for that loss.

Got a Damaged Item?

  • We pack our art with care, but if something arrives damaged, let us know within 4 hours with photos of the unopened package. We'll sort it out and get a replacement to you.

Refund Timeline:

  • Approved refunds are zipped back to you within 7-10 working days, using the same payment method you used to order.

Remember:

  • Custom orders are your personal Eunoia creations and can't be returned.
